TANNER, Mrs Anna Stuckey - - - Died at 8:25 p. m. Tuesday at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. She was a resident of Dean Lee Drive, Baton Rouge. She was 81, a native of Ascension Parish. Body at Welsh Funeral Home. Visiting hours from 4:00 p.m. to midnight Wednesday and after 9:00 a.m. Thursday. Religious services at Calvary Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, conducted by the Rev. J. T. Halley. Burial in Roselawn Memorial Park. Active pallbearers ar Willey McCormick, Tommy McCormick, Keith McCormick, Floyd McCormick, Joe Tanner and F. E. Kinchen Jr. She was the widow of James W. Tanner. Survived by two sons, Earl E. Tanner and James G. Tanner of Baton Rouge; Three daughters, Mrs Mary Alice McCormick and Mrs Pearl T. Kinchen of Baton Rouge and Mrs. Eula Mae Beaufouef of Corsicana, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs Morris Little of Opelousas and Mrs J. V. Hebert of Hammond; 16 grandchildren, and 28 great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, making contributions to the Calvary Baptist Church in Mrs Tanner's name is preferred by the family.
