Dorothy Helen Johnson
Dorothy Helen Johnson, 72 of Mexico, earned her wings to fly home to her heavenly family Thursday, April 16, 2009.
Dorothy was born on September 8,1936 in Mexico, the daughter of Elmer and Thelma (Robinson) Albright. A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. Thesday, April 21, at Arnold Funeral Home, with visitation from 5 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
On June 25, 1956 she married Harry Johnson and shared many happy years together.
Dorothy was a loving wife, mother, and sister. She worked many years making shoes, working at Florsheim Shoes, and Stride Rite, before working in a tent factory at PPMS where she retired in 1999. She is survived by her husband of Mexico, two daughters, Marsha Ball and significant other Henry Sumners or Wellsville, Tamra Johnson and significant other Raymond Fischer of Belvedere Ill.; two sons, Robins Burch and wife Leslie of Auxavasse, and Randy Johnson and wife Kathleen of Grants Pass, Ore.; one brother James Albright and wife Pat of Cadiz, Ky.; grandchildren Daniel and April Hager, Curtis Craven and Becky Shaw, Stacy and Robert Copeland, Jamie and Adam Shaw, , Jason and Ashlie Burch, David and Erica Burch, Rusty Burch, Alex, Maddie Whelan. Donnie and Kristin Johnson, Shawn and Nikki Johnson; and great-children Dani, Kristi and Mattie Hager, Elizabeth and Arron Craven, Christian Carlock, Matthew, Valarie and Grace Copeland, Adam Jr and Dalton Shaw. Trevor Burch, Lane and Randy Johnson, Brandy Johnson, Katrina Reid, Mark Vowyer and Hartley Burch.
Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, John and Elmer Albright; and one grandson Joshua Burch
