August Knobloch Died at His Home Today.

August Knobloch, an old-time resident of St. Paul, passed away at the age of 72 years, today. Mr. Knobloch was born in Germany on Dec. 3, 1835. In 1869 he came to America, settling, with his family at Montgomery, Minn. Two years later he came to St. Paul. He was employed for thirty-five consecutive years as a molder by the St. Paul Foundry company. Mr. Knobloch leaves two daughters and one son, Mrs. George Schilling and Mrs. A. A. Ruedemann, with whom he made his home since the death of his wife seven years ago.

The other surviving child is Hermann Knobloch, William E. Knobloch having died four years ago.

Mr. Knobloch was a member of the congregation of the German Lutheran church, Wabash and Tilton streets.

KNOBLOCH -- In St. Paul, Minn., at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. George Schilling, 757 Logan street, March 1 1907, August Knobloch, aged 71 years. Deceased is survived by two daughters and one son, Mrs. Augusta Ruedman (sic) Mrs. George Schilling and Mr. Herman Knobloch. Mr. Knobloch had been a resident of the St. Paul for thirty-eight years arriving from Saxony, Germany in 1869. Funeral will take place from above residence, Monday, March 4 at 1:30 p.m. Services at German Lutheran church, corner Wabasha and Tilton Streets, at 2:30 p.m. Interment at German Lutheran cemetery on Dale Street.
