Clara Bell HAUSKINS was my husbands 2nd Great Grandmother. Clara was born November 23,1880 somewhere near Shoal Creek, Bond County, Illinois.She was the daughter of James K. Polk HAUSKINS and Frances "Fannie" Clementine CHAPMAN. On 26 August, 1899 she married Elbert Granderson ALLEN in Shoal Creek, Bond County, Illinois. To this union were Two Sons born: Granderson Edgar ALLEN and George Elbert ALLEN. Clara passed away October 5,1964 in Los Angeles California. Funeral Services were held in the Pierce Brothers Drawing Room Chapel and she was laid to rest in the Valhalla Memorial Park Cemetery in North Hollywood, California.
