Harlow George Cosgrove, age 91 of Harrison, Michigan, passed away February 16, 2008 at Aleda E. Lutz Medical Care Facility of Saginaw, Michigan.

Harlow Cosgrove was born June 3, 1916 in Harrison, the son of Fred Cosgrove and Hattie (Currell) Cosgrove.

Mr. Cosgrove served his country in the United States Army during World War II. While in the Army, Harlow met Phyllis May Graham, whom is from Burtonwood Warrington, England. The couple married on January 7, 1948 in Clare.

Mr. Cosgrove was a member of the Long Lake Church of Harrison, V.F.W. Post 1075 of Harrison and the American Legion Post 404 also of Harrison. Harlow's passion was farming and caring for his livestock. Harlow also enjoyed deer hunting and fishing.

Surviving were his loving wife, Phyllis Cosgrove of Harrison, three sons: Duncan Redman of Harrison, Ray Cosgrove and a special friend, Sue Bilkovsky of Harrison and Mike Cosgrove and a special friend, Cindy Malcolm of Harrison, one daughter, Mary Pergl and husband Mike of Harrison, sixteen grandchildren, twenty two great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Cosgrove was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Rick Cosgrove and two brothers: Francis Cosgrove and Wayne Cosgrove.
