William Berryman
Funeral services for William Robert Berryman, 25, of Town Creek who drowned Thursday as a result of a boating accident in Spring Creek, will be held at 2 p.m. today at Calvary Baptist Church, near Town Creek, with the Rev. Mr. Elmer Fowler and Rev. Mr. Laney Bain officiating. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery with Morrison-Elkins Funeral Home of Tuscumbia directing.
Berryman was a native of Lawrence County and was employed by Robbins of Tuscumbia.
Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Mary Berryman, Town Creek; one brother, Aubrey Berryman, Town Creek; one sister, Patricia Ann Berryman, Town Creek; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. I. R. Berryman, Town Creek; maternal grandmother, Mrs. Ethel Copeland, Town Creek; and his fiancee, Miss Brenda Parker, Courtland.
Pallbearers will be Willard Peeoples, Don Parker, Howell Boyd, Steven Gaddis, Rudy Beck and William Carpenter.
