Abel W Pierce, of leadwood was
born January 29, 1906 in Bonne Terre MO
and departed this life October 8, 1997
at the age of 91 years, 8 months,and 9 days.
He is preceded in death by wife Claudine
Smead Pierce; grandson, Donald W Pierce Jr.
five brothers and six sisters.
He is survived by one son Donald Pierce Sr.
of Farmington; daughter-in-law Alice Pierce
of Farmington, MO; three grandchildren:
Stephanie Williams, Gregory Pierce, and
Alicia Pierce; four great grandchildren and
one great great grandson.
Visitation will be held Thursday at 5 p.m.
at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m.
at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home Chapel in
Desloge with Rev. Ervin Harris officiating.
Burial will be in the Bonne Terre Cemetary.
Memorials may be made to the Diabetes Association
or the American Cancer Society.
