Born Jan. 29, 1913, at Coldwater, he moved to Hutchinson from Lorraine in 1931.
He was a member of the Park Place Christian Church, moose Lodge and Reno Masonic Lodge No. 140.
Survivors include the widow, Grace; son Gary, 232 East Sherman; a daughter, Mrs. Patricia Simms, Rochester, N.Y.; brothers, William of Abilene, Tex., and Cecil of 417 West Sherman; sisters, Mrs. Kenneth White, 900 North Lincoln and Mrs. Kenneth Wilkins, Dighton; three grandchildren.
