Margaret H. Lundahl, 92, of Wakefield, Nebraska died on Monday, May 7, 2007 at the Wakefield Health Care Center. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 10:30 A.M. at Salem Lutheran Church in Wakefield, Pastor Jerome Cloninger will be officiating. The visitation will be held on Wednesday from 3:00 until 8:00 P.M. with the family present from 6:00 until 8:00 at the Bressler ~ Munderloh Funeral Home in Wakefield. There will be an Eastern Star service at 7:00 P.M. Burial will be in the Hollst Lawn Cemetery in Yutan, Nebraska at 2:30 on Thursday afternoon. There will be a lunch following the committal service in Yutan at St. John's Lutheran Church in Yutan. Memorials are suggested to Salem Lutheran Church and Providence Medical Hospice.

Margaret was born near Mead, Nebraska on March 15, 1915, the daughter of Frank and Anna (Passo) Karloff. She was baptized and confirmed in the St. Johns Lutheran Church in Yutan, Ne. Margaret attended country school and graduated from Mead High School in 1933. On November 1, 1936 she was married to Don F. Schneider. They resided in Ithaca, Allen, and Oakland, NE. Mr. Schneider died on March 18, 1976. On October 30, 1977, she was wed to Emanuel "Montie" Lundahl. They resided in Wakefield, NE. He died on February 22, 1997. She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church, Eastern Star, and Wakefield Hospital Auxiliary and the XYZ Club. Margaret enjoyed many years at the Wakefield Senior Center and loved to play cards.

She is survived by one daughter Deanna and husband LeRoy Stark of Allen, two sons, Roger and wife Sharon Schneider of Quitman, TX and Kelton and wife Marie Schneider of Troy, TX and one step-daughter Marjorie and husband Jack Dewey of Des Moines, IA and seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, two sisters, six brothers and a granddaughter Melinda.
