Capt. Joseph T. Watson, 68, U.S.A., retired, died at the United States Veterans Facility, West Los Angeles, yesterday. A deputy City Attorney 10 year ago, Capt. Watson directed numerous important legal cases in behalf of the city of Los Angeles. During the First World War Capt. Watson lost a leg in an engagement at Epinonville. He leaves his widow, Agnes R. Watson of 636 N. Doheny Drive, Beverly Hills, and two brothers, Ben Watson of Seattle and Raymond Watson of Rochester, NY. Funeral arrangements will be announced today.
