Friel D. Quesenberry, 49, died Tuesday in the Radford Community Hospital. He lived at 2100 Fourth St., and was a retired employee of the Lynchburg Foundry Co. Survivors include his wife, Ibra Criner Quesenberry; one son, Gary D. Quesenberry of Dublin; one daughter, LaVerne Sizemore of Hillsville; his mother, Mrs. Herman Quesenberry of Radford; five sisters, Willie Quesenberry and Edith Mitchell, both of Radford; Macie Stabnow of Lake Delta, WI; Ruby Evans of Roanoke, and Orpha Ann Sadler of Reston; one brother, Sterling Quesenberry of Snowville, and three grandchildren. The funeral service will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Carter Street United Methodist Church, with Rev. Jerry Fleenor and Rev. Philip Genetti officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. Friends may call after 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Seaver-Sanders Funeral Home.
