James Thomas Owen, 63, died yesterday in a Pulaski hospital. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Helen Cole Owen; three sons, Fred H. Owen, Herman Marshall Owen and James Thomas Owen, Jr., all of Dublin; four brothers, B.R. Owen, Pulaski, E.F. Owen, Roanoke, D.S. Owen and Frank Owen, both, of Annapolis, MD; a sister, Mrs. Callie Phillips, Pulaski. Funeral will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at Carder Memorial Church. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens. The body will be at Stevens Funeral Home until 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
