He was born in Lone Tree, Shasta Co., Calif. WWI Vet. Married Norma Lulu Spann, then Bernice Osburn.

SHANAHAN - In Redding, Shasta County, April 16, 1965, William Jenning Bryan Shanahan, father of Loren and Melvin Ogburn of San Francisco, and Delbert of Prince George, British Columbia, a native of Anderson, Shasta County, aged 68. Services were conducted today in a Redding funeral home. Cremation will be at the East Lawn Crematoruim in Sacramento.
