Preceded in death by his brother Curt Adkins and sister Betty Henderson.
Survived by his wife Minnie Wooldridge Adkins, his son Mike
Adkins and his wife, Teresa, his sister's Mavis Fannin and Carol Woodham, grandchildren, Greg, Jessica and Jennifer.
Burial took place on Nov. 9, 1997 in the Elliott County Memory Gardens, Sandy Hook, Elliott Co. KY.
