Charles Hall Byrne, 74, a native of Fort Collins, Colo., and a resident of Foley, died March 14, 1995, at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope. Byrne was a World War II veteran having served with the U.S. Army Air Corps. Survivors include his wife, Win Byrne of Foley; two sons, Tom Byrne of Point Clear and Charlie Byrne Jr. of Pensacola; one daughter, Becky Byrne of Mendenhall, Miss.; two brothers, George Byrne Jr. of Bay Minette and Pat Byrne, of Pensacola; two sisters, Mazie Still of Bay Minette and Cornelia Bender of Pensacola; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. The graveside services and interment were held March 15 at the Bay Minette Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Tiller officiating. The family requests memorials be made to the Foley United Methodist Church
Memorial fund, North Pine Street, Foley, 36535. Arrangements were made by Norris Funeral Home in Bay Minette.
