He is survived by his wife Lily; sisters-in-law, Clara Sullivan, Hattie (Roy) Daley, Stazi (Ray) Ketelhohn, Emily Zander, and relatives and friends.
He was predeceased by his parents, a sister and brother-in-law Victoria and Arthur Schmidt.
Services were held with the Rev. Robert Jais officiating, followed by Masonic services under the auspices of Hartford lodge No. 120 F and A.M. at the Ritter Funeral Home, Dousman. Interment at Wisconsin Memorial Park.
