FARWELL - Barthell Ford, 58, died Monday, July 17, 2000, in Lubbock.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Hamlin Memorial Methodist Church with the Rev. Rick Sullivan officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Terrace Memorial Cemetery by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis, N.M.
Mr. Ford was born in Norton. He moved in 1956 to Farwell, where he farmed. He was a member of Hamlin Memorial Methodist Church.
He married Jeanette Lindop in 1960 at Farwell.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Kerry Ford of Fort Worth; a daughter, Darrisa Sudderth of Farwell; his mother, Faye Ford of Farwell; and five grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to Cal Farley's Boys Ranch.
