Mrs. Welker was born August 29, 1901 in Daisy, the daughter of Burney and Avis (Limbaugh) Seabaugh. She married Clarence A. Welker on August 29, 1938 in Cape Girardeau. Mrs. Welker was a member of Old Salem Methodist Church in Millersville.
Surviving are her husband, Clarence; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Burney and Avis Seabaugh of Kurreville; four brothers, Ora (wife, Eula) Seabaugh, Ernest (wife, Sara) Seabaugh and Jesse (wife, Lelia) Seabaugh and Truman (wife, Alma) Seabaugh, all of Jackson; two sisters, Mrs. Hubert (Lou) Welker of Kurreville and Mrs. Lawrence (Laura) Stearns of Jackson; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Thursday, March 23, 1961, at Old Salem Methodist Church in Millersville. Burial followed at Old Salem Cemetery in Millersville. Miller Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
