Albert was born in Delton, Sauk Co. In 1900 U S census, occupation: Weaver in linen mill; 1910 & 1930 census, Laborer. In the 1940 US census Albert is listed as a janitor in the Baraboo public schools.

He married Viola Baron abt. 1897. They had 2 children, Maretta born 1898 & an infant born/died 1900. Viola and Albert parted ways around 1900. On the 1905 WI. State Census 28 year old Albert is a single laborer, living with his mother Rebecca and step-father JJ Smith, and Viola and daughter Maretta are living with her parents.

Albert married 2nd wife Anna around 1910. They had no known children.

Webster Prairie Cemetery is a small cemetery on Co. Rd Bd, parallel to HWY 12; near Ho Chunk Casino, near Baraboo. Cemetery is unmarked and easy to miss.
