Erva Dalrymple Bowie, 93, of 1512 16th Street, died Sunday, Jan 4, 1981, in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Martha Rockwell, Harbor Springs, after a long illness.
She was born Sept 27, 1887 in St Clair County. Her husband Elmer E. Bowie, died in January 1965.
Mrs. Bowie was a member of the Grace Episcopal Church and a life memeber of Chapter 170, OES.
She is survived by her daughter; two sisters, Mrs. Elsie Jackson, of Marysville, and Mrs. Alice Rose of Tawas City; nine grand children; and 11 great grandchildren.
A son, Max E. died August 12, 1953.
