Last rites for Mrs. Fred R. Alford, who died Tuesday, Feb 1 was conducted at Oak Hill Baptist Church at 3:00 p.m. Wednesday Feb 5…. Interment was in Negreet cemetery under the direction of Warren Funeral home.
Surviving are sons, Percy and Loyd of Many; daughters, Mrs. O.L. Ammons, Mrs. Robert Tarpley, Mrs. Harold Maxey, Mrs. Horace Maxey, Mrs. Bertha Hippler and Mrs. Mittie Randolph, all of Many; sister Mrs. Mattie Brandon of Zwolle; 28 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren
