C. Grimmett's Norman Rites To Be Tuesday.

NORMAN, Nov. 27 --Services for Clabe W. Grimmett, 66-year=old Morman resident, will be held in McFarlin Methodist church here, 2 p.m., Tuesday.

Grimmett died Friday (25 Nov) at his home following an extended illness.

He was born Nov. 9, 1889, in Little Rock, Ark. At the age of 12, Grimmett moved to Franklin community in Cleveland county and in 1928 made Norman his residence. He was an employee of the city.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Eula Grimmett, of the Norman home; three sons, Allen Dewel Grimmett, 2725 NW 14, Oklahoma City; Floyd Grimmett, San Antonio, Texas, and Delbert Coy Grimmett, 3733 SE 26, Oklahoma City.

Also two brothers, Jim Grimmett, Norman, and Edgar Grimmett, Oklahoma City; four sisters, Mrs. Will Thomas, Norman; Mrs. Rose Major and Mrs. Nellie Clay, both of Oklahoma City, and Mrs. Hattie Thornhill, Louisiana, and three grandchildren.

Interment will be in 100F cemetery, Norman. Primrose funeral home, Norman, is handling arrangements.
