Uncle Bubba as we called him, (Mark) to his friends, was one of the greatest men I have ever known, he always made time for his Children, Nephews & Nieces when we were growing up. He attained the rank of Sgt. Major in the U.S. Army, served in Korea and 2 tours of duty in VietNam. He was the loving father to his 3 daughters, Deborah (Diane), Kathryn June (Kathy), and Sharon Denise (Sharon). He was the favorite Uncle to many Nieces & nephews.

MISS ME, BUT LET ME GO

When I come to the end of the road
and the sun has set me free,
I want no rites in a gloom filled room
Why cry for a soul set free?
Miss me a little but not too long,
And not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared,
MISS ME, BUT LET ME GO.
For this journey that we all must take
And each must go alone,
It is all part of the Master's plan
A step on the road home.
When you are lonely and sick at heart
Go to the friends we know
And bury your sorrows in doing good
deeds.
MISS ME, BUT LET ME GO.
