Mr. Berry was born February 7, 1936, in Stevens Point, the son of the late Edward and Marguerite (Booth) Berry. He attended Pleasant Valley Grade School and graduated from Almond High School in 1953.

He married the former Anita Barden on September 15, 1956 at the Buena Vista Methodist Church. The couple have three children and they are very proud of each of them.

The couple along with his brother's family owned and operated the family dairy farm for 37 years before retiring in 1990.
