I (C. Wayne Austin) recall that funeral. It was the 2nd family funeral (as a 11th grade youngster. However it was the first funeral I recall of the various Aunts and Uncles. There was a snow storm that day and we slipped and slide on the highway all the way from the funeral home 18+ miles to Lynnville, Tennessee for the burial. Sad day for my Mom and her two sisters.
