Chester Moe was born in Iowa to James and Permelia Moe. He lived in Iowa, Illinois, California and Oregon. At the time of death he lived in Buena Vista, Oregon near his brother Joe. He died at the Oregon state Hospital and his cremains were never claimed. I filled out the necessary paperwork and obtained his cremains in 2007. I recently received permission
to bury Chester with his Mother in Carlton,Oregon.
