JACK P. JONES
Jack P. Jones, 47, 2334 15th St., died Wednesday, March 8. He was born April 30, 1930, in Urbana, Ill. He married Marian Willson Jones May 5, 1973, in Scottsdale, Ariz. In 1973, he moved from Limon to Greeley where he was a rancher and cattle feeder.
Survivors are his wife, Marian of Greeley; a daughter, Kathy Jones of Greeley; four sons, John Jones of Edgewater; Kenneth Jones, US Navy of Barrington, Ill., currently at Bremerton, Wash.; Peter and Chester Jones, both of Barrington; his mother, Mrs. Kathryn Jones of Danville, Ill.; a brother, Robert Jones of Danville; stepdaughters, Mrs. Sterling (Carne) Snyer of Evans; Mrs. Michael (Bernice) Taylor of Deertrail; stepsons, Grant Jones of Loveland; Brent Jones of Colorado Springs; eight grandchildren and his mother-in-law, Mrs. Vera Willson of Greeley.
Private family services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Macy Allnutt Drawing Room with cremation following. Memorial gifts may be made to the Arthritis Foundation in care of Macy Allnutt Mortuary.
Note: Jack was adopted by Kenneth R. Jones after his father's death and Ken's marriage to Jack's mother.
