V. JANE DETWILER

Mrs. Detwiler, 70, of Box 192, Duncansville RD 2, died at 6:31 a.m. Friday, July 15, 1983, in her home, following an extended illness.
She was born Nov. 1, 1912, in Pittsburgh, the daughter of Charles W. and Nora (Haas) Alleman, and Nov. 22, 1946, in Altoona, married Ross E. Detwiler.

Surviving are her husband, a daughter, Mrs. Marcia Wyant of Foot of Ten, and two grandsons. Also surviving is a sister, Mrs. Fern Mattern of Altoona.

Mrs. Detwiler was a member of Carson Valley Church of the Brethren and AARP.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in
the Warren H. Replogle Funeral Home.

DETWILER—Services for V. Jane Detwiler of Box 192, Duncansville RD 2, will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the Warren H. Replogle Funeral Home, by the Rev. Carmon Sollenberger. Interment in Carson Valley Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday in the Warren H. Replogle Funeral Home. Mrs. Detwiler is also survived by a niece, Shirley Lynch of Altoona.
