Mrs. Hattie E. Barnhardt, a member of the Soldiers' Home, died suddenly of heart trouble at the Burkett hospital at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday. She had been in poor health for some time past and since being admitted to the Home Nov. 22, 1924, had been confined to the hospital. Born June 3, 1858, she was age 68 years. A step daughter, Mrs. Mary C. Wright, residing at Cedar Rapids, Neb., is the nearest known relative.
Definite arrangements for the funeral have not been
