Mrs. Manda Jane Elizabeth Earlywine Mynear Roberts, age 92, of Main Street, Carlisle, Kentucky, widow of John H. Mynear and Spence Roberts, died Friday, July 3, 1992, at Nicholas County Hospital, in Carlisle, Kentucky. She was a member of Carlisle United Methodist Church and a Kentucky Colonel. She was born in Fleming County, Kentucky, to the late Frank and Sarah Wagoner Earlywine.

She is survived by: three sons, Clay Mynear and Woodie Mynear, both of Carlisle, and Jay Mynear, of Paris; a daughter, Julia Craycraft, of Carlisle; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.

Service were conducted Monday, July 6, 1992, at Mathers-Gaunce Funeral Home by Reverend June Hunt and Reverend James Gaunce. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery. Casket bearers were James Lowe, Bobby Mynear, Vernon Roberts, Donnie Rawlings, C.B. Ritchie and Wayne Clem. Honorary bearers were J.W. Roberts, Dr. W.B. Kingsolver, Dr. Brenda Curtz and Eugene Neal.
