Tommie Lee Causey, 79, of San Leon, Texas passed away May 8, 2009. He served in the U.S. Marines during the Korean Conflict, and in the U.S. Army during Vietnam. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #1324 in Dickinson, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Victor Causey and Rmendy McMurry Causey; daughter, Sandra Louise Gates, and brother, Ervin Olen Causey.
He is survived by his wife, Annette Causey; daughters, Mary Kathleen Nelson and husband John, and Diana Dee Pacini and husband Nate; sons, Bryan Lee Causey and wife Marilyn, Tommie Wayne Causey and wife Eva, Larry Dean Causey and wife Denise, and Michael Lee Causey and wife Linda; sister, Shirlie Ann Chadwick and husband James; 15 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren; "Special Niece", Melissa Lewis, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., Sunday, May 10, 2009 at Crowder Funeral Home in Dickinson, Texas. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, May 11, 2009 at Crowder Funeral Home Chapel in Dickinson. Interment will follow at San Leon Cemetery in San Leon, Texas.
