24 April 1965: Alfred J. Abraham, formerly of 588 S. Lincoln Ave., died this morning in the infirmary at the Burd and Rogers Memorial Home, Myerstown. Aged 87, he had been ill for the past two years. Abraham was a member of First Evangelical Congregational Church, Lebanon, for 60 years and was also a member of the Men's Bible Class of the Sunday school. He was a retired employee of the Bethlehem Steel Company. He was born in Danville, Pa., a son of the late William and Alice Thomas Abraham. Surviving are one brother, Oscar Abraham, Lebanon and a number of nieces and nephews. [Lebanon Daily News]
