Will Alton Young, 81, of 3912 Second St., Union Gap, died Wednesday afternoon in Madison Fountain Nursing Home.
Mr. Young was born at Crystal, N. D., and came to Yakima from Velva, N. D., in 1909 where he was a fruit rancher for many years until his retirement. He was a veteran of World War I having served with U. S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Rose Arty's Young of Union Gap; four stepchildren; two brothers, Ivan of Yakima and Vern Young of Tacoma; a sister, Mrs. Hazel Jones of Yakima; four grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
