Prentiss was the young son of Barney Marcus Hall and Mamie E Norsworthy. He lived just a few months before his journey back to our Heavenly Father.

"Hall Baby Dead.
Prentice Warren Hall, eight months old baby of Mr. and Mrs. Barney Hall of 304 South Missouri, died this morning at 4 o'clock. The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the Dilley parlors. The services will be in charge of Rev. A. T. Dowman, of the
M. E. Church South, and interment will be made in South Park" [Cemetery].
