Mrs. Howell attended and was a graduate of Frankston schools. She worked as a Teacher's Aide for LISD. She was also a member of the First Assembly of God in Longview. Mrs. Howell enjoyed many things in life, but enjoyed nothing more than watching her grandchildren play ball and spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband of almost 56 years, Jack Howell; sisters, Camilla Posey and Judy Hartzog; and brother, Arlis Hollingsworth.
