SMITH Frank Smith, 78, of Burket, died Sunday at the Kosciusko County Infirmary south of Warsaw after a six months illness. He had been an employee on the Nickel Plate Railroad for a number of years. Surviving are three children, Lloyd C., Leora and Jessie Smith, all of Burket. The funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock at the Burket U.B. Church; Rev. Owen Sherrill will officiate and burial will be in the Palestine Cemetery. Journal-Gazette January 9, 1940
