Her name is not listed on the transcription but the original document has Annie B. written and then crossed off and her brother Jesse’s name and information listed on that line. In all other census reports she goes by Bertha V. or Viola B. She is listed as “Mrs. Anna Scribner of Pontiac, Michigan” in the 1936 obituary of her half-sister Lucy. In the 1920 census she is married to Sydney Scribner and is 28 years old. In the 1930 census she is 43. In the 1940 census she is 54. She died on June 19, 1946 in Pontiac, Oakland Co., Michigan.
