Dorothy Thomson, nee Kessler, 91, Pacific, died Thursday, May 24, at her home.

She was born July 9, 1909, at Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania, daughter of B. Frank Kessler and wife Matilda, nee Morgan.

On January 26, 1930, she was united in marriage to the late James Thomson.

Mrs. Thomson was a member of Riverview Gardens Baptist Church, St. Louis. Since her recent move to the area, she attended Pacific United Methodist Church, Pacific.

Mrs. Thomson was preceded in death by her husband, James Thomson; five brothers, Frank, Joseph, John, Leroy and Paul Kessler; and two sisters, Viola Adams and Grace Emore.

She is survived by two daughters, Gloria Jean Sennert and husband Kenneth, Catawissa, and Virginia Kesl and husband Gary, Boca Raton, Florida; one sister, Margaret Vickers, Orlando, Florida; six grandchildren, Sabrina Seidel, Deborah Torres, Kenenth T. and Melissa Sennert, Justin and Leah Kesl; six great-grandchildren, Maurico, Camden, and Gabriela Torres, Nicholas, Hayden, and Mason Seidel; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held Thursday, May 31, at Bell Funeral Home, Pacific, with Dr. Robert McClelland officiating.

Interment was in Brush Creek Cemetery, Gray Summit.

The Thomson family was served by Bell Funeral Home, Pacific.
