Mrs. Blanche McKenzie, 83, of Flintstone, died Sunday at the Cumberland Nursing Home. A native of Garrett County, she was a daughter of the late Floyd and Margaret (McKenzie) Crowe. Mrs. McKenzie was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church for 43 years. Surviving are her husband, George C. McKenzie; five daughters, Mrs. Mabel Fisher, Frostburg; Mrs. Grace Krumbine, Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. Mary C. Roland, Flintstone; Mrs. Pearl Lough, Baltimore, and Mrs. Jenevieve Schaffer, Portage, Ind.; one son, George L. McKenzie, Baltimore; one sister, Mrs. Loretta Baker, Frostburg; one brother, Wilbur Crowe, Midland; 19 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. The body is at the Silcox-Meritt where friends will be received today. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at St. Patrick's Catholic Church tomorrow at 9 a.m. Interment will be in St. Michael's Catholic Cemetery, Frostburg.
