Mrs. Maude Amiss Porter, wife of the late James Buxton Porter, of Norfolk, died yesterday morning at the home of her son-in-law and daughter, Judge and Mrs. L. Claude Bailey, in Salisbury, Md.
Besides her daughter, Mrs. Porter is survived by a grandson, Lt. James P. Bailey, who is stationed at Indiantown Gap, Military Reservation, Pa.
Funeral services will be held at the home of Judge and Mrs. Bailey tomorrow at 11 a.m., Daylight Saving Time. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Norfolk, at 4 p.m. EST.
