Mark Andrew Bir was born in 1961 in Rushville, IN. He returned to the Lord peacefully on May 2, 2009 in Crown Point, IN.
Mark lived in Rushville and then in Tucson, AZ where he graduated from Salpointe High School.
He lived a life of cheerful, generous service and dedicated much of his time to the St. Vincent de Paul Society. He was an active member of St. Frances Cabrini Parish and served extensively in various ways including Youth Group leader and choir member. Mark spent his life helping others and spreading his God centered joyful humor to all who knew him. He was a true friend and will be sorely missed by all who his life has touched.
Mark was preceded in death by his father, Edward. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Bir; his brother, John; John's wife, Jeanette and his two nieces, Elena and Lydia.
