Beulah Estelene Merryman, 87, of Keokuk, died 2:30 a.m. Friday, June 29, 2007 at Keokuk Area Hospital.
Mrs. Merryman was born March 30, 1920 in Davis County, she was the daughter of Edgar and Alta Martin Stockham. She married Armond Earl Merryman August 8, 1939 in Bloomfield, Iowa. He preceded her in death in 1990. She enjoyed reading magazines, watching T.V. game shows, especially "Wheel of Fortune"
She is survived by one daughter:Carolyn Jean Schmit of Keokuk, Iowa; Granddaughter: Stacey Lynn Blanford of Keokuk, Iowa; Grandson: Steven Allan Blanford of Keokuk, Iowa; Two Great Grandchildren: Stefan Lynn Blanford and Dylan Earl Blanford.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brother: Hubert Stockham, Billie Stockham, Gene Stockham; her husband: Earl Merryman; a son: Jerry Merryman; and a granddaughter: Debbie Sergon.
Graveside service were Thursday, July 5, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Keokuk National Cemetery, with Reverend Geoffrey Mitchell officiating.
Burial will be in the Keokuk National Cemetery.
