He was born May 17, 1914, in Claibourne Township, Union County, a son of Willaim A. and Blanche M. Hartshorn Johnson. He had been employed with Houghton Sulky Co. Mr Johnson was well known in CB radio circles as "Fiddler Man," which was his CB handle. He was a member of Galion Moose Lodge and Delaware Eagles Lodge. Surviving are his wife, Anna May Johnson, Tennessee; two sons, Thomas Johnson, Arizona, and William Johnson, Tennessee; a daughter Janet Schwab, Tennessee; and five grandchildren. A brother, Cloy E., is deceased. THe service will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Hughes-Kubach Funeral Home with Dr. Robert S. Ginn officiating. Burial will follow in Broadway Cemetery, Union County. Friends may call at the funeral hom 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday.
