Augusta Marie Robinson, 87, of Paducah died Saturday morning, September 20, 2008 at her residence.
Mrs. Robinson was a homemaker and a member of County Line Baptist Church in Southern Illinois. She was a native of Grand Rapids, Mich.
She is survived by one daughter, Ann Francis of Paducah; four sons, Roy Robinson of Salem, Ill., Robert Robinson, Gary Robinson, and David Robinson, all of Paducah; two sisters, Jane Galloway of Paducah and Clora Melton of Reidland; one brother, Joe Jennings of Grantsburg, Ill.; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Opal Grimes Jennings; one daughter, Linda Quarles; one grandson, Brent Robinson; four sisters, Margaret Grimes, Mary Gill, Irma Lee, Ella Mizell; and two brothers, Walter Jennings and James Jennings.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, September 23, 2008, at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with the Rev. Terry Tipton officiating. Burial will be at the Glendale United Methodist Cemetery in Pope County, Ill.
Family will receive friends from 5 until 8 p.m. Monday, September 22, 2008, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
Pallbearers will be Eric Francis, David Robinson, Bob Robinson, Jeff Robinson, Jason Vaughan and Logan Francis.
