KENNEDALE -- Benjamin David Foster, 89, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2003, at a Fort Worth hospice house.
Memorial service: 2:30 P.M. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2004, at the First Baptist Church, Kennedale. Visitation: Noon to 2:30 p.m. on Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Kennedale.
Dave was born Dec. 13, 1914, in Bryan, Texas, and lived in the Fort Worth area since 1947. He was a licensed plumber/steamfitter and built and operated skating rinks in Arlington, Cleburne and Harker Heights. He was a real estate broker and an auctioneer for the last 35 years.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 23 years Inez Turner, wife of 28 years Arvilla McVey and daughter, Ginger.
Survivors: daughter, Patricia Woods of Houston; sons, John Foster and wife, Iva of Burleson and Pat Turner and wife, Wilda of Kennedale, Ted Turner and wife, Nita of Hurst; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
