Scott was born October 15, 1921 in Harrisburg, PA to Winfield and Marie (Harmon) Kirtland. He died December 10, 2008 in Federal Way, WA at the age of 87. Scott enjoyed spending time with his family. He retired after working as a Pipe Fitter in construction for many years.
Scott is survived by his wife Joselina Kirtland, sons Robert Kirtland, and Winfield Kirtland, III, daughter Lauwana Kirtland, adopted daughter Valerie Rovy Kirtland, daughter-in-law Maribeth Kirtland, and grandsons Jared Kirtland and Jaremy Kirtland.
Visitation will be held Wednesday December 17th 4:00pm - 8:00pm, Thrusday December 18th, and Friday December 19th from 10:00am - 8:00pm with a funeral service to celebrate Scott's life on Saturday, December 20, 2008 at 11:00 AM all at Bonney-Watson Federal Way Chapel, 1535 SW Dash Point Rd., Federal Way, WA 98023.
