A native of Cherokee County, S. C., she was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church, WMU Keenager Club, Shelby Womans Club, Esther Womans Club and charter member of Pink Lady at Cleveland Memorial Hospital and Mrs. Crowe's Sunday School Class.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kester E. and Geneva Huskey Hamrick and her husband, Herschel Greene.
Surviving are a daughter, Patricia Annette Greene orf Western Carolina Center in Morganton; a brother, Charles Hamrick of Gaffney, S.C.; three sisters, Reba Hawkins Scruggs of Shelby, Adger Miller and Velma LeMaster of Gaffney, S.C.
Burial will be in Cleveland Memorial Park.
