Mrs. Chittick, 92, Head of Five Generations Dies

Mrs. Margaret Chittick,92, of DeRossett, died Tuesday, Dec. 10 in the White County Hospital, after a short illness.

Funeral services were held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the DeRossett Church of Christ, conducted by Charles Myers and Bob Sorrell. Burial was in the Eastland Cemetery, with Thurman Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

She is survived by four sons, Tommy and James Chittick of Pontiac, Mich., Harry Chittick Jr. of DeRossett and George Chittick of Miami, Fla.; four daughters, Mrs. Belle Kaufman and Mrs. Maggie Girdley of Pontiac, Mich. Mrs. Christine Burden of LaFollette, Tenn. and Mrs. Agnes Thom of Birmingham, Ala., 26 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren 2 great-great-grandchildren.
