Father of 11 children:

"Peter Maxinoski, a resident of Montreal for quite a number of years, died at the family home there Wednesday morning after a long illness. Deceased was 62 years of age and was a native of Poland and came to this country about 35 years ago. He is survived by his widow, nine sons and one daughter. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday morning from the Montreal Catholic church and interment will follow in the Hurley Cemetery."

The newspaper obituary indicates his death date to be May 25, 1927, and his age at death to be 62, indicate his birth year to be 1864 or 1865. His brother Anthony was born in 1859 or 1860, making it unlikely that Peter was also born in 1860, unless they were twins.
