Margaret E. Moran Andren

Margaret E. Moran Andren, 89, of Spokane passed away on Friday, February 27, 2009. She had moved to Lacey, WA two years ago to be closer to family. Margaret was born November 3, 1919 to Michael and Catherine Moran in Spokane. She attended Emerson Grade School, Marycliff High School and North Western Business School. On January 1, 1941 Margaret married Virgil C. Andren in Coeur D'Alene, Idaho.

Margaret enjoyed a career as a secretary, working for Kaiser Aluminum; Stingle, Atwood & Associates; Carman Manufacturing Company; and Andren Transfer. When not busy with work and family, Margaret enjoyed playing cards where she was a life long member of a Bridge club in Spokane.

Margaret is survived by a son, John Robert Andren; two daughters, Marsha Dianne Roberg, Kent, WA and Virginia Irene Bell, Lacey, WA; 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil C. Andren; her parents; 4 brothers, Thomas, Frank, Ray and Fred Moran; and 3 sisters, Mary State, Irene Morin and Rose Katherine Moran.
